After a few minutes break, we will head to Golden Rock by passing through Hpa Ann . Drive through curvy, twisty mountain roads, enjoy the landscapes on the way. Stop en route to visit local villages in the outskirt of Hpa Ann .
Upon arrival to Golden Rock , walk through the base camp of Golden Rock by yourself and overnight stay in the base camp of Golden Rock .
This morning , we are to wake up early to go up to the top of Golden Rock by taking the uphill truck . Taking uphill truck to the top of Golden Rock may take the approximately 50 minutes so as to pay a visit to the famous “Golden Rock Pagoda” This miracle Pagoda is situated in Mon State, regarded as one of the most sacred pagodas along with Shwedagon from Yangon and Maha Muni from Mandalay. It is also believed the hair relic of the Buddha was enshrined in the huge rock which is hanging and balancing on the edge of the cliff.. Enjoy and overlook the magnificence view of the surrounding area then we are to take the downhill truck to the base camp . after that we all are to continue driving straight to Yangon. If we still have time to visit some highlights on the way to Yangon , we are to stop and visit some interesting places , Upon arrival to Yangon , your hotel will be located just outside city and overnight stay in Yangon. .

After that proceed to Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda ( the huge reclining Buddha Statue in length of 72 meters long ) and then taking a lunch break at Authentic Local Restaurant to introduce typical local foods to you . After noon sightseeing begin around 15:30 or 15:45 , This afternoon , We are hanging around the heart of Yangon City to see unique colonial buildings built in late 19th Century and early 20th Century . Firstly you will be brought to our starting point which is located beside Historic Sule Pagoda and in front of City Hall. We start walking from starting point to see colonial buildings . meet up with your driver at end point which is Nanthida Jetty ( Yangon River Side ). Then continue our sightseeing to Botahtaung Pagoda and enjoy the sunset from river side near by Botahtaung Pagoda. Then drive back to hotel and overnight stay in Yangon .
After breakfast drive to Pyay, is located 285 km north-west of Yangon which can be reached in about 5 hrs. Afternoon sightseeing with Shwesandaw Pagoda, the Srikshetra, an old capital of Pyu Kingdom and Hmawza archaeological Museum. Late afternoon drive to the bank of Ayerwaddy river for sunset and panoramic view. Overnight stay in Pyay.
After breakfast drive to Bagan, 344 km far from Pyay. On the way , we are to stop by some local villages and take a short break for lunch . Upon arrival to Bagan check in hotel and overnight stay in Bagan .
After breakfast at hotel ,today we will be devoted to discover of Bagan “the mystic” extraordinary archaeological site that do not have anything to envy that of Angkor with its 3000 temples and starting a sightseeing tour with a visit to Nyaung Oo Colorful Market in Nyaung Oo region and a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples such as Shwezigon Pagoa, a prototype of later Myanmar stupas, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century, Wetkyi Inn Gubyaukgyi, fine mural paintings of Jataka scenes; and Htilominlo Pagoda, noted for its plaster curving, Ananda Temple, the best preserved masterpieces of Mon architecture and the Tharaba gate. Then take a lunch break at good local restaurant and then transfer back to hotel for refreshing and relaxing till afternoon sightseeing begin.
Later in the afternoon, visit lacquerware workshop and then visit Dhammayangyi, a missive temple from 12th century with it’s own architecture and temple liked Pyramid is outstanding among the other structures. Continue to Sularmuni Temple, , dating from 12th century and it is a nice place for photo stop. After that, We are moving to jetty from where to take the private sunset boat to enjoy the sunset from Ayeyarwaddy river . Overnight stay in Bagan .
After breakfast, we will start the driving to the enchanting Mt. Popa, a great extinct volcano situated about 67 km , it takes one hour drive from southeast of Bagan via Kyaukpadaung. Mt. Popa, standing out as a green-clad landmark in the Dry Zone, is a situated on 15,00 meter-high and an extinct volcano.. Tour highlights: toddy palm groves and jaggery cottage industry; and the famous Popa Taungkalat, a tower-like volcanic plug lying on the south-western slope of Mt. Popa. Then enjoy the scenic view of its surrounding from Popa Mountain Resort. Lunch break at local restaurant in Popa . after that we will continue moving to Mandalay , Upon arrival to Mandalay , we are driving straight to Mandalay Hill from where we are to enjoy the sunset and Panoramic View Of Mandalay . After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the jetty to take a ferry boat to Mingun, 11 km upriver from Mandalay on the western bank of Ayeyarwaddy River. After taking the boat trip for about 45 minutes, you can walk and start your tour includes the Mingun Pagoda, unfinished pagoda which might have been the biggest pagoda in the history of Buddhism, Mingun bell, the world largest ringing bell, and Myatheindan Pagoda. Then,stream down to Ava and lunch is arranged on boat . Upon arrival at Ava the former Royal Capital of INWA (AVA) Visits by horse-drawn carriage include NanMyint Watch Tower, the remains of the palace building nicknamed "the leaning tower of Ava" MahaAung Myay Bone Zan Monastery, built of brick and stucco and Bagayar Monastery, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts. Then continue U Bein Bridge, at 1.2km the world’s longest teak footbridge. It's a hugely photogenic structure. It stretches across Thaungthaman Lake it comes alive in every sense as dust approaches. After that drive back to Hotel and overnight stay in Mandalay.
Today we are heading off to Inle Lake located in Southern Shan State . Off course , that seems to be long drive but it is worth driving due to the beautiful scenery and amazing landscape and interesting tribal peoples . On the way , we are to visit Pindaya's limestone cave with its maze of chambers displaying more than 8,000 Buddha statues and local handicraft workshops producing Shan paper made from mulberry bark and traditional umbrellas made from the same paper that are used by monks all around the country . Lunch break at good local restaurant in Pindaya.
After lunch, drive straight back to Nyaung Shwe known as the major gateway to Inle lake( which might take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes) Inle Lake is one of Myanmar’s best-known sights. The Intha people, a tribe of Mon descent, mostly inhabit the lakeshores and floating villages. On arrival at Nyaung Shwe , transfer to boat stand in Nyaung Shwe and directly transfer to your hotel in Ine lake and overnight stay in Nyaung Shwe , Inle Lake .
After breakfast, transfer to jetty and take a boat ride for full day sightseeing in Inle lake. you can start your lake exploration to one of the local five-day markets ( if market day is coincided with your stay in Inle lake , and the highlights include Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda which enshrines the famous five Buddha statues who are totally covered by gold and lost their shapes, the unique leg rowers and floating gardens, silk weaving village ( Inpaw Khone Village ) and then lunch break at good local restaurant in Inle lake.

Today we are driving on the road connecting to the border points of Thailand and Myanmar . We are to say Good Bye to Inle Lake and continue driving to Khun Hin which is a small town on the way to Thachileik . Overnight stay in Kun Hin .
Today we are to move to Keng Tung which is located in Eastern Shan State , is nestled in a sprawling valley surrounded by undulating hills and mountains carpeted in paddy fields and tea plantations. It is situated at the heart of the ‘Golden Triangle’ where the borders of Myanmar, China, Laos and Thailand conjugate, leading to it being awash with the fare and cultural influences of Myanmar’s eastern neighbors . It is safe to drive in Myanmar but driving in Myanmar is a challenging and undertaking compared to driving in well developed country like Europe . Local driving standards are poor because many drivers in countryside are not trained and do not adhere to normal road rules. Local vehicles are not well maintained, may have bald tyre and many would not be roadworthy by the standards of your own country. Roads in some remote areas of country often are potholed, broken up or are only gravel and dirt.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age. We expect you to be a confident and competent driver, with plenty of driving experience. You should normally have held your driver’s license for a minimum of two years. Please also note that all of our expeditions may include sections of gravel or dirt roads .We never travel off road; it is simply that there may be some sections where the road is not paved.
In order to precede the permission application of Myanmar Border Crossing, clients are requested to provide the following documents and detail information as well.

If you are bringing your foreign registered vehicle, you also need to submit below documents along with the above. Ministry of Tourism , Custom and Road Transport Department may ask for more documents during the application.

Clients are to be aware of the following information.
For Border Crossing Tour : Licensed Tour Guide must be taken and used by clients . That is mandatory . Without local registered guide throughout the trip , permission approval will not be issued by Government Authority Concerned .
Arranging the escorted vehicle from Myanmar to escort the group is not compulsory : But Taking or arranging the escorted vehicle form Myanmar to join the big group size is advisable ( But the trip cost will be slightly going high ) .
If the escorted vehicle from Myanmar is not used and arranged upon client’s decision , Client must share one seat of their vehicle for local guide to sit throughout the trip .
It is a pre-condition for booking that you have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for driving a vehicle of the appropriate engine size. If you cannot prove that you have insurance, you will not be allowed on an expedition. You must ensure that you have a policy designed for adventure travel that will cover you for personal accident, medical and repatriation costs, loss, damage and theft of personal belongings and for cancellation or curtailment.
Myanmar Border Cross Tour will take minimum three weeks to get the permission approval from Government Authorities Concerned .
It is private tour . So that we can organize your private trip based on your free and available travel period and dates .
Our trips are arranged on a twin share basis with the option to book a single room for sole use. If you are travelling as a couple or pair of friends/family, you will have the choice of a twin room (two single beds in one room) or a double room (one big bed in the room). If you are a solo traveler and happy to share then you will be paired up with another solo traveler of the same sex in a twin room. Alternatively, you can pay the single supplement and have a single room to yourself. Depending on the destination a single room could have a single bed or a double bed for sole occupancy.
Payments and Cancellations Policies
A deposit of 30% of tour value per person by bank transfer or online payment is required upon confirmation Once deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our terms and conditions.
Balance payment of 70% of tour value person per person is required minimum 50 days prior to tour departure date.

• Bookings made within 50 days of scheduled departure require full payment upon confirmation of your booking .

Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in the automatic cancelation of your booking without refund of deposit paid.

The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date (Monday – Friday) on which the written notification is received in the Myanmar Border Cross Tour offices which issued the confirmation.

• 55 – 50 days prior to departure, 30% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
• 30 days or less prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
